TSHS Webinar Recordings

Hi, all TSHS members and friends:

I noticed that some of our informative webinars have many views. Others have fewer. This may be in part a function of how we advertised them when they first appeared.

So, I hereby remind you all that TSHS (https://community.amstat.org/tshs/home) has a webinar series with 17 (yes, seventeen!) recorded talks and panel discussions.

We have webinars on doing statistics with an artificial population ("The Islands"), finding datasets with our TSHS portal, topics in careers and consulting, K-12 outreach, AI in stats education, issues with null hypothesis testing, the use of design principles, and more!

From the web site, navigate to Initiatives --> Educational Activities. Then scroll down. Direct link to the page is https://community.amstat.org/tshs/announcements/educationalactivities

You can also follow our YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/@tshs4234

Note that the two oldest webinars are not on YouTube -- you have to visit the web page to find them. One is on R Commander. The other on flipped classrooms.

Check them all out.
